About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation across all 3 of our brands.
About You
⢠Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
⢠A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
⢠An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
⢠Thrive on teamwork and collaboration
⢠Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
⢠Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
⢠Impeccable personal presentation

⢠Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience
⢠Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
⢠Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
⢠Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
