This will be in accordance with the required Food Safety Plan, applicable HACCP standards, and hospital policies.Ensure all meals are presented in appropriate proportions and according to the menu requests.Ensure high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.Assist in ordering of all food stock, ingredients, supplies, and equipment.About YouYou will serve as a positive role model, demonstrating the ability to cultivate a culture that is supportive, friendly, collaborative, and forward-thinking.
