Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Admin/Advisor to join their team in West Perth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and is eager to make a significant impact on operational efficiency.Part time- 16 hours per weekWhat you'll do:As an HR Admin/Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's human resources department. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to good use as you handle daily HR duties, assist with employee relations, provide administrative support for recruitment processes, and contribute to the development of HR policies. Your ability to foster a positive work environment through open communication will be key in this role. You will also have the opportunity to assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.Perform daily HR and admin duties, handling confidential matters and providing administrative support.Assist in handling employee relations including disciplinary actions and grievances.Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns and grievances.Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including phone screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and reporting on recruitment progress.Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring strict confidentiality of staff documents.Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.What you bring:The ideal candidate for this HR Admin/Advisor position brings previous experience in an administrative role along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team will be crucial in this role. A proactive attitude towards adapting to new technologies, change, and innovation is highly desirable. Your proficiency in computer software packages and keyboard skills will be put to good use in this role.
