Call Centre Officer x2
* Liverpool Area – Immediate start
* Long term temporary contract
* Paying $34.81 per hour
Working in a high-volume environment, our client based in the Liverpool Area and is seeking several Call Centre Officer's to join their team immediately.
Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor your duties will include:
* Efficient handling of incoming calls
* Accurately logging calls
* Manage and escalate calls
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Updating customer records
* Data Entry and database maintenance
The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in a high-volume call centre
* Strong time management skills
* Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Experience using an ERP system
* A strong work ethic and be flexible
* A high attention to detail
* Intermediate MS Office skills
* Available to start immediately
* Must have own car and license
