Evolve Early Education is seeking a dynamic, passionate individual with a deep commitment to Early Childhood Education to fill the position of Centre Manager in a service within Edens Landing, Qld.
This service prides itself on our exceptional relationships with families, children, and educators. Our learning environments and curriculum are based on the 3a Abecedarian Approach and nature-based learning with Bush Kindy being a big part of our philosophy.
This established service is looking for someone who is warm, caring, and respectful of children's and families' needs and understands how to provide environments which help them excel. The ability to grow our evolving occupancy and take it to the next level of early education would be desired. Our strong teaching team is looking for someone to support them further in their education practices.
Your Key Priorities as a Centre Director will:
* Be responsible for the overall management and administration of the service, including but not limited to day-to-day accounts, management of rosters and budgets, and recruitment of staff.
* Ensure the well-being of your team and families are supported and heard.
* Lead by example and provide professional development to your team.
* Ensure that the centre or service adheres to all relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
* Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.
* Be able to document continuous improvements and achievements in the Centre Quality Improvement plans.

About You:
* Minimum of Diploma of Children's Services.
* Experience as a Centre Manager in an early childhood setting.
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Law, National Regulations, National standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
* Proven ability to lead, guide, support, mentor, and supervise a team.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management.
* Understanding of CCS and Kindergarten Funding.
* Positive outlook with a confident and resilient personality.
* Demonstrate the ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into daily operations.
