2. Generating quotes for new customers
3. Following up on outstanding requests
4. Processing orders via phone and email
5. Processing returns and credits
6. Follow-up outstanding requests
7. Updating backorder report
8. Purchasing
What you’ll need:
9. Experience in Customer Service on the phone
10. High level of English communication skills and computer savvy
11. Proven longevity in previous employment history
12. Any interest or knowledge in Cabinet Making and Stonemason industries is desirable
