Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Company Secretary to play a key role in enhancing governance frameworks and ensuring the effective functioning of the Board and committees. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Secretariat & Governance, you will oversee governance practices, regulatory compliance, and the strategic development of corporate policies. Key responsibilities include: Acting as Secretary for Board, committee, and unitholder meetings, including managing notices, arrangements, and minutes. Providing trusted governance advice to directors on compliance and fiduciary obligations. Maintaining and safeguarding corporate records in line with governance best practices. Leading and mentoring a high-performing Corporate Secretariat team. Collaborating with stakeholders to support corporate and investment governance initiatives. About You Essential Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Business or Law. At least 8 years of governance experience, including legal or company secretary roles. In-depth knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring professional team. Preferred Attributes: Experience in international governance frameworks (Europe/US). Expertise in funds management or complex investment structures.
