About Our Client
Our client is an industry pioneering Customer Data Science consultancy who are disrupting the Australian market through the delivery of innovative, high-profile strategic projects that transform the way organisations engage and optimise experience for large customer bases.
We are looking to make expansions to the CRM practice and recruit two bright and enthusiastic Campaign Data Analysts to join the team.
The core focus will be supporting large-scaled CRM, MarTech and Campaign System programmes of work that leverage the best practices in Customer Data Science and Machine Learning implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engaging with key stakeholders across the business to understand and consult around analytical project requirements, negotiating timelines against deliverables to ensure workable outcomes.
2. Leveraging your strong technical skills (in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL) to extract, manipulate and merge large volumes of data from a variety of complex data sources.
3. Delivering against ongoing requests from the business for timely and accurate campaigns to support strategic initiatives.
4. Providing analysis and insights throughout the project pipeline leveraging techniques that may include; pre-campaign analysis, experimental design, control group creation, test and learn, next best action analysis, control group testing, ROI analysis, post-campaign reviews, dashboards and reports etc.
5. Supporting, mentoring and QA the work of other members of the team to ensure a positive work environment and analyst development plans are maintained.
Requirements
* Strong technical skills and experience (2yrs+) using SQL, SAS or R to extract, manipulate and merge large volumes of customer behavioural or transactional data from a variety of source systems (e.g. SQL Teradata, Oracle SQL, SQL Server, MySQL, SAS Base or R).
* Experience working with a selection of marketing cloud/campaign tools such as; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Silverpop, IBM Marketing Cloud, IBM Watson, Unica, Teradata TCRM, SAS CI, etc.
* At least two years' experience working in a commercial environment with large volumes of customer data focusing on customer insights, marketing campaigns, customer reporting, etc.
* Minimum degree level in a highly analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Actuarial Studies, Data Science, Computer Science etc.
