About Us: Three Blue Ducks' newest adventure is located in Bellingen, NSW. This unique site offers the classic Ducks' feel: real food, good company, and stunning location.
This venue boasts a dine-in space, a dedicated function area perfect for weddings. It's truly a one-of-a-kind venue. We trade five days, serving lunch through dinner (and breakfast on weekends) while providing friendly and attentive service in an energetic restaurant environment.
We're seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly section waiters to join our front-of-house team. The section waiter is the primary contact for most of our diners, advising them on our menu, maintaining beverage service, clearing tables, communicating with management to support efficient table turns, and supporting general restaurant operations.
We're a professional yet fun, positive, and social crew working with exceptional food and beverages. Teamwork, enthusiasm, and inclusivity are key factors in our ethos.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
* A professional mindset with previous section waiting experience in a restaurant or cafe environment
* Good time management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a magnetic personality
* The ability to remain calm under pressure
* Some knowledge of wine, beers, and spirits (we can build upon this)
