Associate Director, Client Development Manager Melbourne, VIC, Australia Job Description Permanent opportunity to join Westpac's GTS TeamManage and maintain a senior portfolio of key Institutional and Corporate clientsMelbourne based permanent roleHow will I help?You will join Westpac's Global Transaction Services (GTS) team, as a Client Development Manager dedicated to managing and maintaining a senior portfolio of key clients in our Public Sector team.You will be responsible for partnering with and managing a diverse portfolio of Public Sector clients operating across various areas of focus for the State Government. Tasked with driving revenue growth via cross sell and maximising deposits through consistent sales activity and pipeline management. You will be confident in identifying new opportunities for our clients and will demonstrate value-addition by designing and delivering innovative client focused solutions and compelling presentations to improve operational and financial efficiency.You will also:Manage the sales process for new and existing opportunitiesDemonstrate a thorough understanding of the Client's strategy to identify opportunities for strategic alignment with the GTS technology and product investment road mapParticipate in deal teams led by the existing client BDMs where clients choose to run a tender process at the end of their contract termWhat do I need?You will be an established transactional banker, Client Development Manager or seasoned Relationship Manager who has experience of managing and meeting the needs of our clients and is confident in developing long-term strategic sales plans to retain relationships.
