Key Responsibilities:
* As a Customer Advisor, you will serve as the public face of NAB, working closely with customers to meet their banking needs and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our retail branch, whether they need to open an account, inquire about our products, or manage their finances.
* You will play a crucial role in every aspect of the customer journey by helping customers find solutions to their financial needs through our products, services, and advice.
A significant aspect of the Customer Advisor role currently focuses on protecting our customers from scams and online phishing attempts.

Working Hours: The role's working hours will be 9am - 2pm, Monday - Friday, offering a perfect balance between work and life tailored to fit your lifestyle needs.

As a reward for your success and passion for helping customers, we offer an attractive base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus fantastic career-growth opportunities.
