The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations and company procedures.Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on surface electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, motors, and control panels.Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in surface mining equipment and infrastructure.Install and commission new electrical systems and equipment on the surface.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Australian electrical standards and mine site regulations.Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.Collaborate with other trades and site personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation of surface mining equipment.Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.Requirements: Trade qualification as an Electrician.Current NSW Electrical License.High level of competency in troubleshooting and maintaining surface electrical systems.Understanding of mining safety regulations and standards.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license. Role 2: Underground Electricians Job Description: We are looking for experienced Underground Electricians to perform maintenance, installation, and repair work on various electrical systems and equipment in an underground mining environment.
