About the role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director this critical role will be responsible for the national sales and marketing strategy, delivery and distribution of products and driving portfolio growth through multiple go to market channels. This challenging and rewarding role will see you own national responsibilities focused on developing and generating business revenue across ANZ. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team by clearly communicating objectives and holding team members accountable for their performance and career growth. Drive cost reduction initiatives and maximize productivity through effective processes and engagement with the Manufacturing & Operations Team, ensuring product and materials are available to sales forecast. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational success and achieve business goals. Oversee daily operational activities, including production, inventory management, logistics, quality control, and customer service. Collaborate with senior management to set and execute the company’s long-term operational strategy. Ideal background: Proven performance as a leader of an integrated industrial manufacturing B2B organisation with 5 years leadership and management experience in a similar role. A demonstrable track record of delivering commercial business results. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, align and motivate a diverse team. BSc degree or equivalent technical engineering qualifications are desired.
