**Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineer Role**
The role is part of a team in Adelaide, working on defence projects for a client.
**About the Role:**
The V&V Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Test Plans, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), Test Procedures, and Test Reports to ensure thorough testing and verification throughout the program lifecycle.
This includes design verification, equipment qualification, and factory testing, system integration.
**Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage Test Plans, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), Test Procedures, and Test Reports for new programs.
* Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders for the development of V&V artefacts.
* Oversee the conduct of verification activities to ensure compliance with program requirements.
* Witness equipment qualification and factory testing at external suppliers and integration and system testing.
* Work collaboratively across programs ensuring a consistent V&V approach, processes, and quality are maintained.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor of Engineering in any engineering field or Diploma for Technical Officer placements.
* Experience with Systems Engineering frameworks, V&V, and Test processes.
* Self-starting, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
* Ability to prepare well-structured and concise V&V and Test documentation.
* Ability to work unsupervised and lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technical personnel.
