What You'll Do:
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales with your positive, bubbly nature.
* Mentor and develop your team for future leadership roles.
* Oversee stock management and prioritise daily tasks efficiently.
* Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members.
What You Need:
* 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
* Passion for empowering customers and creating an inclusive shopping experience.
* Strong people management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire.
* A commercial mindset with a knack for visual merchandising.
* Hands-on approach to stock management and operational tasks.
