This commercial construction firm is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their Sydney Office ABOUT THE COMPANY. This company is well known and respected in the commercial construction industry for delivering high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Sydney, NSW. This firm has built strong, long-term relationships with several high-profile clients, resulting in a secure pipeline of work. As a result, they are now seeking a highly organised, proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their Sydney team. ABOUT THE ROLE. As the Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will play an integral role to the smooth running of company operations, combining administrative excellence with a flair for creating a positive and efficient workplace. You will take ownership of all office management duties, as well as providing a high level of support to the Director. DUTIES. Maintain office systems, processes and computer equipment Assist with marketing related tasks Document and system management Provide excellent customer service whilst supporting the front-of-house team Manage the Director’s inbox Assist with the preparation of Capability Statements Track and organise receipts for accounting and budgeting purposes SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager role is preferrable Experience working in Construction or Commercial Fit-out industry is advantageous Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail. High level of autonomy and sound problem-solving skills CULTURE.
