We’re seeking an experienced and innovative leader to manage the Marketing function, driving exceptional results across marketing, web and graphic design. You will be a strategic and collaborative leader, experienced in brand management and campaign development.
About the Role
Located within the Corporate Communications Branch, you will manage a team of marketing, graphic design and website management specialists.
You will provide strategic leadership and expertise in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, brand management and website customer experience. You will use these skills to deepen Council’s community connection, while enhancing the public profile of Logan.
You are a creative and innovative leader with strong stakeholder management skills in a high paced environment. In this role you will cultivate and empower a motivated team, showcasing expertise in translating complex information into straightforward and impactful concepts.
What we are looking for:
* tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent professional experience
* excellent knowledge of digital and traditional marketing trends and channels
* the ability to not only think strategically, but creatively and outside of the box
* demonstrated experience leading customer focused technical teams
* the ability to foster and maintain solid stakeholder relationships with internal and external customers will be crucial
* results orientated with the ability to exhibit the effectiveness of marketing spend
* superior communication, brand management and marketing skills.
