We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Quoting to join our dynamic Business Services team in Subiaco. You’ll be the glue that holds our office together, handling a variety of tasks while providing exceptional support to our sales team.
What you’ll do:
* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
* Order supplies, manage equipment, and maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Create and track quotes, finding the best value for our customers
* Liaise with suppliers and maintain accurate pricing information
* Assist with receiving stock, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics
* Plus, a range of other exciting administrative tasks
You’ve got the skills:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude
* Experience with quoting and sales support a bonus
* Quoting software experience, a plus
