With several locations across Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT), our reach and impact are extensive.We're currently recruiting for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator, based in Katherine but is willing to travel to other sites within the NT.Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the General Manager - People, Culture & Safety, responsibilities will include:Audits and Compliance:Conduct regular in-house and site audits to assess adherence to HSEQ standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Identify areas for improvement and support compliance initiatives.SWMS and Documentation:Develop, review, and update Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) in collaboration with site managers and team leaders. Maintain accurate records of all HSEQ activities, audits, and incident reports.Site Visits and Toolbox Talks:Regularly attend various sites to oversee HSEQ practices and provide hands-on support. Conduct toolbox talks to educate staff on safety practices, updates, and specific job-related hazards.Safety Management Software:Assist with the implementation and maintenance of safety management software, ensuring effective utilization across the organisation. Provide training and support to staff to maximise the software's potential.Incident Management:Support the investigation of incidents, conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
