Your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing a seamless end to end customer experience by advising on appropriate products and services
* Being the brand ambassador for HSBC in our branch and liaising directly with customers
* Introducing, promoting and assisting customers with digital banking solutions
* Contributing to fulfil customer’s needs by providing personal banking products and services with a customer centric approach
* Managing customer feedback and enquiries
* Participating in ongoing training and development plans
