The Role Our client is seeking a Human Resources Advisor for a 12-month fixed term role. The successful candidate will bring a mix of real-world operational experience and qualifications, adept with employee engagement, payroll, and a strong proficiency in Excel. Serve as the initial point of contact for all HR-related queries. Streamline Human Resources duties, including onboarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, and employee record management. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment. Manage Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Adhere to and remain updated on all HR related regulations and standards. Managing all human resources needs of the company. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR or related field. Demonstrated experience in HR Partnership. Sound knowledge and understanding of Employee Engagement and payroll preparation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly high-level proficiency with Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
