Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and optimize the quote-to-cash process, ensuring seamless sales operations.
* Lead bid management and sales support, including preparing RFP/RFQ responses.
* Ensure compliance with export control regulations, including managing application processes.
* Validate purchase orders, issue sales orders, and manage bookings efficiently.
* Work closely with manufacturing and logistics teams to align sales with inventory and lead times.
* Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales data.
* Provide sales forecasting, insights, and reporting to senior leadership.
