The candidate: In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
