Your Role Provide a sense of welcome and departure to all guests and visitorsHandle all guest luggage in an efficient and secure mannerBe aware of all daily activities, special events and VIP arrivalsAssist with any arrivals and departures processing and transfersEnsure all transport vehicles and buggies are maintained in a safe, clean and operable conditionRespond all guest queries in a courteous manner About You Previous experience within a porter position in a 4-5 Star Hotel or ResortImpeccable grooming and personal presentationAn ability to treat each guest with a personal, attentive and refined level of seamless 5-star serviceA current open manual QLD drivers licenceAbility to obtain a Restricted Drivers Authorisation (RDA)
