About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Educator (Registered Nurse) to join our team on a fixed-term, part-time basis (22.5 hours per week) for 12 months as parental leave cover at our Bentley site.
This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical education, mentoring, and professional development in the aged care sector.
As a Clinical Educator, you will play a key role in developing, delivering, and coordinating nursing education programs to support best-practice clinical care.
You will ensure compliance with accreditation standards, evidence-based nursing practices, and organizational development needs while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
