The Position
:
1. Part time position
2. Prepare high quality buffet style bulk cooking for a variety of service times including breakfast, lunch or dinner, desserts, and functions.
3. Maintain all catering controls, OH&S compliance, and HACCP with a strong focus on waste reduction.
4. Support kitchen efficiency with goods receiving stores and cold room controls.
5. Drive exceptional service when interacting with our customers.
The Person:
6. Certificate 3 in commercial cookery
7. Displayed experience in large commercial kitchens.
8. Licence and transport to access site.
9. Good understanding of HACCP, allergen management and food safety
10. Passion for quality, fantastic presentation, and detail focused
11. Plan for success individually and to meet organisational goals
