About the role This role is an integral part of the workshop operation.
Your role is to support a growing team of mechanics with parts for repairs being completed alongside two other parts interpreters Duties Back counter role dealing with workshop Assist mechanics in selecting and ordering the correct spare parts for their trucks.
Provide accurate pricing and availability information for parts.
Manage and organize inventory levels in small stores room.
Process orders efficiently and accurately, prioritizing urgent requests.
Collaborate closely with the service team to have parts delivered in a timely manner Skills and experience Must hold previous experience as a Truck Spare Parts Interpreter Strong customer service and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Heavy vehicle parts interpreting experience is essential.
