This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Ballarat.What you can expect:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.Assist in the sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat.Maintain an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers.Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.Conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients.Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients.Coordinate with the Marketing department the marketing & selling of properties including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.QualificationsA little about you!You don't need to have Real Estate experience; we are looking for the right individual!You are ideally currently in a commercial or B2B role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industry.You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute.You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.You have a willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.You have a current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or are willing to study to become a certified agent.You have previous property sales & leasing experience or B2B sales.You are entrepreneurial and commercially astute.You ideally hold a Bachelor Degree in Business or a similar field.We Offer YouConstant mentoring and on-the-job training.A supportive and fun, team-oriented environment with regular social events.A Corporate Benefits Program including discounts on health and well-being, retail, travel/accommodation and more.Commitment to your professional development with ongoing opportunities for progression.Additional InformationIf you're keen to join a fast-paced team who likes to work hard and have fun, then we'd love to hear from you!How to ApplyInterested candidates should address applications directly to Matt Lambert via the application link or by COB 12th December 2024.Please include the following in your email:A cover letter – tell us who you are and why you'd be a great fit.
