We are seeking a dedicated Medical Practice Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working four days per week. This role will involve working across 2 locations: Belconnen and Woden.

Your new role
As the Medical Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the practice. This dynamic position includes overseeing administrative functions, managing staff, and liaising with patients to maintain the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflows.
* Oversee scheduling, patient communications, and billing processes including medicare.
* Support and supervise the administrative team.
* Implement and maintain compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
* Coordinate with medical professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in healthcare administration or management. You will have strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. You will excel at problem-solving and adapting to dynamic environments. Your exceptional communication skills ensure patient satisfaction and team harmony.
Additionally, you will have:
* Proven experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration.
* Familiarity with medical billing systems and compliance requirements.
