Your responsibilities:
As the Principal Program Officer, you will:
• Support the effective operation of the Program Management Office, which will include planning, tracking, and reporting on outcomes and delivery progress of the Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan and Queensland SuperGrid Infrastructure Blueprint.
• Manage the operation and administrative process required for the effective, efficient coordinated reporting of key infrastructure projects in the Queensland SuperGrid Infrastructure Blueprint.
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, information papers, reports and correspondence on program performance and projects including matters for discussion with departmental executives, Ministers and other stakeholders.
• Analyse information and clearly communicate useful and relevant findings about portfolio, program and project implementation to support effective organisational performance management and decision-making by Senior
Leaders and governance committees, and to meet statutory whole-of-government reporting requirements.
• Contribute to a culture of achievement, strive for quality outcomes, and support a workplace culture of equity, diversity, respect and inclusion.
• Develop and maintain constructive, collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support transformationwide program tracking and management, including across Government and Queensland's publicly owned energy businesses.
• Represent the Department in a range of high-level forums and committees.

Qualifications and/or conditions:
Experience in project management and infrastructure tracking/management would be highly regarded.
