About the builder
One of Queensland's most reputable builders are currently recruiting for an experienced & passionate Pre Site Coordinator. With business booming this company are offering stability and are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Pre Site superstar to join their high performing team!
The Role
Manage a portfolio of clients in various stages of the pre-construction phase (i.e registered and not registered, tendering, contract preparation, awaiting workings, in council etc)
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams including sales professionals, draftspersons, estimators, evolve design consultants, engineers, surveyors, financiers/brokers, and management team to ensure the successful and seamless progression of all job files from the point of allocation through to construction commencement.
Coordinate pre-construction activities ensuring timely completion of tasks such as tender presentation, contract preparation, contract signing, obtaining council permits, obtaining finance approvals and deposits, site reports incl flood reports, acoustic reports etc.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding pre-construction timelines, processes, and milestones.
Address client queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, fostering positive client relationships throughout the pre-construction phase.
To be successful you will need:
Proven experience in pre-construction coordination and customer support within the residential building industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
Possess a keen attention to detail along with exceptional organisational skills and the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
Customer focussed, ability to work within a team, down to earth attitude and team player.
