You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.In this role, you'll:Lead the delivery of training programs for frontline staff on mobile applications, driving customer satisfaction and safety excellence.Design and adapt training content to align with evolving operational needs and dynamic network changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and impactful training during critical situations.Cultivate an inclusive and engaging learning environment, tailoring training approaches to diverse audiences and skill levels.Empower frontline staff with the knowledge and confidence to effectively utilize digital tools and enhance operational efficiency.Minimum Requirements:Extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs within large organizations, with a focus on supporting and empowering frontline staff.Advanced proficiency in creating impactful training materials using the full Microsoft Office suite.Strong ability to assess team knowledge gaps and implement targeted training solutions to address them effectively.Certification in Training and Assessment (Cert IV) is preferred but not mandatory.Flexibility and readiness to travel to various locations to provide on-site training and support.Who we are:Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
