The Role
* Managing a portfolio of circa 160 properties
* Minimal out-of-office duties
* Exit condition reports
* Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
* Maintenance and repairs
* Preparing for and attending QCAT as required
* Ensuring compliance is up to date
* NO routines, NO leasing, NO trust accounting, and NO entries!
The Successful Candidate:
* 2+ years of Property Management experience
* QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
* Solid written & verbal communication skills
* Outstanding telephone manner & time management
* Valid driver's license
