RAC Busselton Holiday Park is an award-winning holiday park, located on the doorstep of Busselton and Dunsborough. This unique park is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland but only a short 300-metre stroll to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front Office Supervisor to join our Team. Reporting to the Park Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all front office administrative duties as well as providing our RAC members and visitors with an excellent guest experience at our Busselton accommodation. This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - own accommodation is essential however as on-site staff accommodation is not available. Join our close-knit team in this exciting, casual role and work with hospitality professionals from around the world to offer an unforgettable guest stay experience to our visitors. What will you be doing? Front Office duties: welcoming guests, handling check-ins, assisting with inquiries, and bookings, performing front desk tasks, staying updated on events, and processing mail. Customer Service: interacting with guests to enhance their experience, delivering a professional service and resolving or escalating complaints, as required. Cashiering & Bookings: managing reservations, payments, and transactions. Supervision: supervising, training staff, and allocating duties. Additional duties: handling office tasks, liaising with other departments, managing keys, ensuring safety, and completing handovers. What are we looking for in you? Certificate III or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism related discipline or equivalent is desirable. Previous experience in a hospitality environment, hotels, accommodation or similar. Demonstrated experience or training in a front office environment such as reception, switchboard or reservations. Outstanding guest relations and communications skills and the ability to relate to and host resort guests from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds. Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment. Flexibility with hours; able to meet operational working hours of a 7-day week rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
