Your Role
As a Carer, Aged and Disability Trainee, you will play a crucial support role across all programs within our Service. Working closely with the Interchange team, you will assist in implementing programs and events while providing direct care support to our clients.
About you
* You will complete a Certificate III in Disability Studies within 12 months of employment with us.
* Eager to learn and grow within the disability sector.
* Strong ability to take initiative and stay organised.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to program development.
