* Level 6 – $89,345 pa to $96,639 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
* Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange or Wagga Wagga
As a result of an internal promotion within the team, we have an opportunity available as a Human Research Ethics Partner within the Research Integrity Unit.
In this role you will support the Human Research Ethics Committee of Charles Sturt University by providing strategic guidance and coordination of various initiatives and activities. You will work closely to strengthen compliance functions and ensure quality assurance across governance, policy and regulatory frameworks.
About you
* A degree or related discipline with relevant specialist experience or equivalent level of expertise knowledge gained.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey concise information.
* Ability to manage tasks effectively and balance competing priorities to deliver on service standards.
* Research and analytical skills to problem solve through interpretation of legislation, policies and regulations.
* Commitment to continuous improvement with experience in identifying and implementing improvement processes.

The Research Integrity Unit, promotes and enables the responsible conduct of research and teaching at Charles Sturt University. The Unit provides advice on all aspects of research ethics and integrity and supports the University's Human Research Ethics Committee, Animal Care and Ethics Committee, Biosafety Committee, Defence Trade Control Committee and the Radiation Safety Committee.
