About the Role Ensure that the Load Plans are followed in a through compliant and proficient manner.Ensure sub-contractors are compliant under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) rules and regulations.Manage the schedule (hours) and load weights during fleet allocation to maximise Transport CoR performance.Ensure Transport cost % is to revenue of 70% (through fleet utilisation and allocation).Ensure there are minimal customer service contractual issues (quality) related to Transport performance (less than 5 per year).Ensure customer queries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively.Liaise with the operations team and Site Leaders.About You Previous experience in a Warehouse or Logistics role.1-2 years' experience in an administrative role.Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and problem solve.Proven experience in high pressure environments and ability to succeed.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Planning experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable).In-depth understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles (NHVLR, Mass/Fatigue Management).How To Apply To apply online, please click on the apply function.
