Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join the team at Sash Ferguson located in Mount Barker.
We have a permanent opportunity available. You will also have the opportunity to work across other Eldercare sites.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality individualised nursing care to residents including complex care needs in particular wound and pain management. You will also have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor to ensure that care provided delivers excellence in customer service to our residents.

Sunday 23:00 - 07:15
Monday 23:00 - 07:15
Week 2
Thursday 23:00 - 07:15
Saturday 23:00 - 07:15
Sunday 23:00 - 07:15
Monday 23:00 - 07:15
To be successful in this role, you will:
1. Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum 6 months post graduate experience
2. Hold a current AHPRA registration
3. Applicants must have at least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse
4. Applicants must be willing to work morning, afternoon and night shifts on both weekdays and weekends
5. Possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills
6. Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
As per Eldercare’s Employee Immunisation Policy, all Eldercare employees are required to:
12. Be vaccinated against seasonal influenza by no later than 1 June each year
13. Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines
