Job Title: Receptionist
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at North West Realty in Karratha. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and must possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operation of computer software including REST, Filesmart, Excel, and Word.
* Answering telephone calls and directing them appropriately.
* Taking messages as required.
* Providing exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
* Maintenance of electronic files and databases.
* Photocopying and collection/delivery of mail.
* Maintenance and operation of stationery supplies.
* Receipting rent payments into the trust account.
* Operation of electronic key delivery and ensuring all outstanding keys are returned daily.
* Updating Sales Board as required.
* Keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
* Assisting the Business Operations Manager with accounts on a daily basis.
