Our leading national retail business is seeking a highly experienced Senior People & Culture leader to join our team on a part or full-time basis (depending on the candidate and remit). Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the CEO and directors to develop and implement our people strategy, aligning it with our overall business objectives. Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the People & Culture function and team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. Employment Relations: Lead employment relations functions across the business, including performance reviews, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and performance development. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment, induction, and onboarding processes for a permanent and casual workforce. HR Compliance: Provide advice on HR legislative requirements. HR Administration: Manage HR administration, policies and procedures, and salary reviews. Culture & Values: Champion our company culture and values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent. Learning & Development: Develop learning & development and company culture initiatives. Minimum Requirements: Min 5 years HR experience, ideally in a similar Fashion or Retail environment. Extensive expertise in the Fair Work Act and Retail Award legislation. Tertiary qualifications in HR. Ability to work onsite in Melbourne's inner east. People-oriented, with the ability to build rapport and coach individuals at all levels.
