Some facilities also offer emergency, acute care, aged care, and allied health. Where you’ll be working: Nyngan is situated by the Bogan River on the eastern edge of the Great Outback, 583 kilometers northwest of Sydney and less than a two-hour drive from the major city of Dubbo, home to the famous Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
The Nyngan Multipurpose Service (MPS) is a 42-bed facility offering both acute and residential aged care services. Nyngan MPS has 24-hour emergency care, palliative care, renal dialysis and a range of ambulatory care and primary and community health services.
