The Role Reporting directly to the General Manager this role is a true Executive Assistant position, offering the opportunity to make a difference to both the working life of Senior Executives along with the service you work for.
More than just administrative work, this role coordinates the important daily activities of the General Manager in a busy and complex health setting.
Applying your critical thinking skills, professional judgement and common sense will be key.
This role will suit a confident, organised EA or PA with some experience in a similar role, who is looking to take their career up a notch.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Responsibilities include: • Diary management • Inbox monitoring and drafting of correspondence • Document preparation and editing • Project management including monitoring progress against plans • Making travel arrangements • Coordinating regular meetings with senior key stakeholders, minute taking and report writing • Some accounts activities including reconciling invoices, rostering activities etc • Other Executive Assistant responsibilities About you It is essential for this role that you have prior Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant Australian working experience, not just administration skills.
You understand and can demonstrate the important influence that delivering superior executive support can have on excellent outcomes for the executives and the service as a whole.
You are adept at using multiple IT systems including the Microsoft suite, filing and document storage programs, and others.
You are organised, methodical, proactive and a confident communicator.
You can balance offering excellent customer service with exerting influence when needed and problem solving on your feet.
You are passionate about continuing a career as an EA and are committed to spending time in your next EA role supporting a great team.
Health sector experience would be advantageous.
