Our valued client, a Global Oil & Gas Operator, are currently looking for a Senior Planner to join their team in Darwin, NT.Position DescriptionDirectly support the Services Coordinator in all elements of schedule development, updating and reporting.
Coordinate other members of the planning team.
Act as interface between third party vendor schedules cost control and reporting.HSE- Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company's Policies, Standards and Procedures.- Ensure all personnel in the team, including contractors, are fully versed and compliant with Company's safety procedures and values.- Prepare a Personal Safety Commitment Statement and demonstrate compliance.Governance and Assurance- Maintain Portfolio Project Register providing Risk Prioritisation, Portfolio Ranking, Cost Benefit Ratio and Project header details.- Maintain Portfolio Project Health Assessment applications.- Maintain Portfolio Project Reporting applications.Scope- Preparation of Scope of Work Documentation.- Preparation of Deliverables Lists.- Preparation of Project Business Indicators (LPIs).- Preparation of Third Party Request For Services.Cost- Preparation of Level 1 - 4 Cost Estimates.- Preparation of Project Spend Profiles and Project Cost Status reports in Ecosys.- Conduct regular Cost Performance and Forecasting Reviews.Procurement- Process and issue PO's for bulks, consumables and hire equipment, expedite and carry out logistics.- Management of Fabrication process including SOW, TBE, PRs and IRCs.Schedule- Preparation of Project Full Phase Schedule including resourcing, critical path analysis, progress tracking and reporting in P6.- Conduct Regular Schedule Reviews.- Report Schedule Progress, SPI and Mitigations.Quality- Ensure Quality Verification and Compliance with Company's materials procurement, fabrication and equipment hire processes and plans.- Conduct Quality Verification of FAT's, Temporary Equipment and Tools testing as per Company's standards and obtain certification before site mobilisation.Implementation- Prepare Work Orders (WO's), Work Packs (WP's), Inspection Test Plans (ITP's) and Inspection Test Records (ITR's).- Ensure all Permits to Work are pre-populated and risk assessments complete.Mobilisation- Ensure workforce have completed all inductions and competencies verified and recorded prior to mobilisation as per Company's processes and systems.Execution- Emphasize STOP WORK Authority and ensure all permits are issued and isolations in place.- Supervise blue collar work force and provide Daily Pre-start meeting Toolbox talk.Close Out- Conduct Lessons Learned Workshop.- Prepare and Complete Project Close Out Workbook and associated activities.
