Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Viva Energy Retail, Australia's largest single branded mobility and convenience retail network. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, business development, administration, store presentation, stock management, and team member coaching and training.
About The Role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Site Manager to drive business growth and improvement, develop their skills, and progress into a Site Management role. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Site Manager in business development, administration, and site operations
* Coaching and training team members to achieve targets and improve performance
* Maintaining high standards of store presentation and merchandising
* Managing inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand
* Ensuring safety and customer service are top priorities
