What this opportunity involves:
Working onsite based in Pyrmont, as The Facilities Coordinator you will assist on-site employees with operational activities and provide customer-related support to enable an effective facility management service delivery.
Key responsibilities: Be the face of our organisation, greeting guests, and managing access control.Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, repairs and office supplies inventory.Manage conference room bookings and support event logistics.Organise incoming and outgoing mail, manage courier services efficiently.Handle various administrative tasks, including invoice processing and generation.Assist with various employee requests and maintain a positive office atmosphere.Utilize asset management and work order systems (e.g., Corrigo) to maintain records, log jobs, and manage Work Orders/Purchase Orders.Monitor contracted services to ensure adherence to policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and Branch management, collaborating on scheduling, issue identification, and solutions.Participate in emergency response, safety, and business continuity activities, including Emergency Response Team duties and incident management.Contribute to broader projects and initiatives under the guidance of the Regional Facilities Manager, acting as the local point of contact and assisting with reporting, planning, and budget administration.Sounds like you?
