Your Responsibilities
* Manage payments with precision to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with policies and legislation.
* Provide clear and effective advice on payment queries and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Analyse and resolve overpayments and underpayments to maintain financial accuracy.
* Collate, update, and analyse payment reports regularly to support informed decision-making.
* Build strong relationships with all customers by consistently demonstrating EML values and behaviours.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel to efficiently manage tasks and deliver high-quality work.
* Previous experience in payroll processes and systems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (desirable).
* The ability to navigate time management skills by prioritising and managing responsibilities to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
* A background in customer service and/or office administration with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
