Salary Range: $72,493 to $85,733 per annum + 13% superannuation
About the Role:
This role contributes to the success of the City by being part of the team that supports Hobart's vibrant arts, culture, and events scene. The key accountabilities include:
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries within the Creative City Group.
* Provide administrative support such as preparing agendas, minutes, and financial documents.
* Help deliver amazing arts and cultural programs through project support, event coordination, and venue bookings.
* Keep our communications sharp by editing public-facing content and managing internal updates.
* Champion innovation and continuous improvement within our processes.
About You:
You are an organised multitasker with a passion for creativity and community. You thrive in dynamic environments, love bringing order to complexity, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to support arts, culture, and events. Your communication skills shine, and you take pride in delivering work that's accurate, professional, and engaging.
Essentials for the Role:
* Certificate IV or higher in business or government administration or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, qualifications and/or experience.
* Current Driver Licence.
* Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
