Responsibilities Connect with clients via phone and email to assist with overdue invoice managementGuide clients through our online credit management platformProcess payments and maintain accurate account recordsSupport clients in maximizing the benefits of our credit management toolsIdentify opportunities for clients to improve their collections processCollaborate with our collections team to ensure optimal outcomesProvide exceptional customer service with target response times under 5 minutesRequirementsExtensive experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions
Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work AEST business hours
Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable is preferred
