Seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the team and create exceptional experiences for all customers. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the coffee shop operation, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring product quality and freshness.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the coffee industry.
* Solid knowledge of fast paced takeaway style food and drink.
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Professional, calm and driven to create a strong and happy team.
* Hands on experience and well versed in the world of coffee - hot and cold.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven experience of managing rosters, KPIs and costs.
* Proven ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
