Purpose of Position
Achieve region management system and training business sustainable growth and build up a strong sales workforce
Key responsibilities
1. Responsible for strategic sales planning and identify new areas of business growth and implement new product go to market strategy
2. Develop and manage all sales and marketing activities to achieve profitable revenue growth
3. Develop new accounts and key account sales and maintain a good level of sales activities with foreign enterprises (high level visits)
4. Own & hit annual regional sales targets through effectively management of sales activities
5. Acquire, develop and retain regional sales team
6. Expand market share and rapid develop new products to lead the market
7. Develop sales leader pipe lines
8. Package and develop unique service solutions to lead the market
9. Work very closely with Operation delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
10. Work closely with marketing team to capture leads effectively
11. Coordinate with country and regional sales teams to align country and regional strategy and tactics
12. Take care national KAs and to be hands on dealing with large prospects
Candidate specifications
13. Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years sales management experience.
14. Experience in professional service, consulting, corporation Insurance, accounting and marketing industry preferred.
15. Proven sales leadership experiences, proven record in able to exceed targets, aggressive and positive attitude
16. Able to communicate, present and influence at all levels within an organization including C level
17. Good command of customer relationship exploration, maintenance and development.
18. Self-discipline with good planning and organizing capabilities
19. Self-motivated with working under pressure
20. Result driven
21. Analytical in data, clear and open-minded
22. Strong ethics and discipline
23. Primary Location: Sydeny (Melbourne could be considered)
